John Chen

John Chen is a seasoned Technical Account Manager and Certifier III at CSA Group, with an extensive career in plumbing product certification and lab auditing since December 2009. As a senior certifier, John oversees internal and external audits for plumbing testing labs and serves as a committee member on the Chinese National plumbing product standard technology committee.
