Josh Shepard

Josh Shepard is a Senior Business Manager for Field Services at CSA Group, where they focus on compliance, field services, and product safety in industrial and manufacturing environments. Josh has led cross-functional teams and external partners to successfully bring complex equipment to market while navigating regulatory challenges. Previously, they held roles including Field Service Engineer at Spang & Company and Electrical Engineer Co-op at PTA Engineering, Inc. Josh earned a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron. They are currently pursuing General Studies at Cuyahoga Community College.
