Julie Dunn

Julie Dunn has over three decades of experience in various managerial and technical roles within the vision care and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Global Markets in the Safety Division at Hoya Vision Care since January 2017, Julie also contributes as a Committee Member on the CSA Z94.3 Head, Eye & Face Technical Committee since May 2014. Previous experience includes a tenure at 3M from April 2008 to December 2016 as Business and Operations Manager, where Julie successfully turned around underperforming business units and managed significant relocations. Earlier roles at Aearo Canada Limited included Director of Finance, HR, and Administration, where management of a $45M subsidiary and oversight of human resources for over 60 employees was undertaken. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto, earned between 1980 and 1986.
