Lisa Ball

Lisa Ball is an experienced production manager currently serving at CSA Group since June 2025. Previously, Lisa held roles at Canadian Science Publishing from November 2022 to June 2025, including Production Manager and Publishing Technologies Specialist. In these capacities, responsibilities included managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and overseeing content management systems. Prior experience includes working as Production Editor at McGraw Hill and Senior Production Coordinator/Editor at Oxford University Press, where Lisa successfully project-managed multi-edition texts and coordinated various production tasks. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Drama Studies from the University of Toronto Mississauga, earned between 1992 and 1997.
