Mark Ducharme

Mark Ducharme, QSSP, currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Baffin Footwear & Apparel, where responsibilities include managing international sales, distribution, and category brand management since July 1999. Additionally, Mark has been a committee member for CSA International since January 2001, contributing to the technical committee for Z195 and Z334, which oversees CSA standards for industrial footwear in Canada. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Counselor for Phase II offenders with The Salvation Army from April 1992 to June 1999. Mark holds a Qualified Safety Sales Professional designation and an SSW degree in Social Work from Mohawk College, along with education from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
