Mark Vickers has extensive experience in digital marketing and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing in Global Marketing Operations at CSA Group since September 2008. Vickers has held various roles at CSA Group, including Senior Manager of Paid Media & Lead Generation and Manager of Digital Growth Marketing. Prior to CSA Group, Vickers was the Manager of Consumer Experience at the Ontario Securities Commission and held multiple positions at Nortel, ranging from Manager of Web & User Experience to Sr. Web Designer/Developer. Vickers began the career as a Multimedia Designer/Producer at Times Two Idea Corporation and a Multimedia Specialist at Group Multimedia Network Corporation. Vickers holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Mass Communications from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Interactive Multimedia from Sheridan College.
