Melanie Pinatton

Melanie Pinatton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and project management in standardization, specifically within Environment & Climate Change and Natural Resources sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at CSA Group since February 2017, Melanie coordinates large committees at both Canadian and international levels. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at AFNOR as a Project Manager in the Water Department, where responsibilities included managing international committees and training new members. Earlier experiences include roles as an Environmental Engineer at SAUR, research at Institut national de la recherche scientifique, a training course at INRS-ETE, and work with ARS, focusing on water quality and treatment. Melanie holds a Master’s Degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from INRS-ETE and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from IUP in France.
