Michael Shows

Michael Shows is currently the Operations Manager at CSA Group, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Chief Happiness Officer for a self-owned business and worked as a consultant for Sanhua International USA in the same year. Michael has extensive experience in laboratory management, having held roles at Intertek Testing Services and Integral Sciences Inc. Additionally, they served in the US Army as a Captain from 1983 to 1993 and later held various technical and managerial positions at UL and Intertek. Michael earned a Master of Science in Environmental Science with a focus on Analytical Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi.
