Ron Trainer

Ron Trainer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ron currently holds the position of Director of Global Customer Service at CSafe Global. Previously, they worked as an Advisory Board Member at Shawnee State University's Kricker Innovation Hub. Prior to that, they were the Head of Support at Xplor. Ron's most significant role was as the Director of Global Service Model at 1WorldSync, where they developed and implemented a world-class customer journey for over 13,000 customers. Ron also served as the Manager of Sales Technology and Data at ACCO Brands and held various positions at BASS Inc. and Sears Holdings Corporation. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated strategic leadership, project management skills, and expertise in customer service and technology implementation.

Ron Trainer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shawnee State University in 1992. Ron has also completed a certification in Leading in Crisis from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
