Thomas Lewin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas began their career with an internship in the retail pharmacy sector at Jakobi Apotheke in 2003. Thomas then interned at Novartis Consumer Health in the medical affairs department in 2004. Later that year, they joined Altana Pharma AG as a corporate trainee in marketing and sales, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they held the position of Junior Product Manager in Marketing Respiratory at ALTANA Pharma Deutschland GmbH, before moving on to Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Nycomed) as a Product Manager from 2007-2008. From 2009-2012, they served as a Senior Brand Manager in Marketing Respiratory at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they managed the launch of a respiratory product and was responsible for the A&P budget and brand plan. In 2012, they took on the role of Head of Marketing Respiratory Central Europe at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Thomas then joined B. Braun Group as a Global Key Account Manager from 2012-2015 and subsequently served as the Director B2B, Global Sales & Market Management from 2015-2017. Thomas is currently the Director of Strategic Life Sciences Sales, EMEA at CSafe Global, a leading provider of cold chain solutions for temperature-sensitive materials.

Thomas Lewin completed their undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Kiel University from 2000 to 2003. Thomas also obtained a State examination, equivalent to a Master's degree, in Pharmacy from Kiel University between 1996 and 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as Certified Medical Device Advisor, Certified Medical Sales Representative, Change Management, Professional product management, and Strategic sales management from different institutions.
