Dylan Anger

Dylan Anger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, human resources, and consulting. Currently serving as the People and Performance Manager at CSB since September 2020, Dylan has held multiple managerial roles including Manager of Operations and Planning and Logistics Manager. Previously, Dylan worked as an International Consultant at Dataverse Consulting Sole Co. Ltd. and served as a Human Resources Advisor at East Coast Electrical Pty Ltd. Additional roles include Consultant for Operations and Human Resources at E-Commerce Xpress, Senior Operations Coordinator at Move With Us, and Operations Manager at Silver Naga Hotel in Laos. Early career experience includes positions at Raw Energy, demonstrating a solid foundation in hospitality and customer service. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and a Bachelor of International Tourism and Hotel Management with Asian Studies from Griffith University, complemented by a high school certificate from Townsville Grammar School.
