Marcel de Goffau

Marcel de Goffau is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in sales management, marketing, and account management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Eastern Europe at CSB Energy Technology since August 2025, Marcel previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at ARGO-HYTOS from October 2018 to September 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as International Area Sales Manager at Van Dam and Sales Manager at Aqualab Zuid, where responsibilities encompassed account management, acquisitions, and European tender submissions. Marcel's career began as a Sales Engineer at GSF Europe and also includes a role as an insurance advisor at Aegon, where coaching of aspiring advisors took place. Marcel holds a Propedeuse degree in Dutch Law from Open Universiteit and has completed studies at NIMA, the Dutch Institute for Marketing.
