Vice President, Global Customer Solutions at CSC Generation

Stella Wax has worked in the customer solutions field since 2010. Stella began their career at Aon as the Director of Quality & Consumer Engagement, before moving to Concentrix in 2017 as Site Director. In 2018, Wax joined The Master Lock Company as Global Operations Manager, Customer Solutions. In 2020, they moved to Amerimark Interactive as Vice President, Customer Solutions, and most recently, in 2023, Wax joined CSC Generation as Vice President, Global Customer Solutions.

Stella Wax has attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, majoring in Accounting and Business/Management. Stella has also obtained certifications in Supply Chain and Operations Management Tips from LinkedIn in November 2019, Executive Management Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute in June 2018, Project Management - Lean Process Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute in January 2018, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute in January 2018.
