David Shaffer, CSM, has extensive experience in IT management and quality assurance, currently serving as the IT Manager of Enterprise Risk Management Solutions at Corporation Service Company since October 2002. Shaffer has established a Quality Assurance organization at CSC, overseeing a team of six QA engineers and managing their activities across various development projects. Previous experience includes a role as Support and QA Manager at Bluestone Consulting from 1993 to 2002. David Shaffer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed between 1980 and 1985.
