Eric Olival

Eric Olival currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CSC, overseeing recruitment for the Corporate Legal Solutions business unit across the Channel Islands and Ireland since November 2023. Concurrently, Eric holds the position of Student Engagement Lead and Committee Member at The CIPD Branch in Jersey, focusing on fostering relationships to promote HR as a profession. Prior experience includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Partner at Apex Group Ltd, where Eric led recruitment efforts across multiple regions, and Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Officer at IQ-EQ, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for offices in the Channel Islands. Eric began the career with administrative roles at Ocorian and has obtained multiple CIPD qualifications, including Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
