Jeff Birzes

Jeff Birzes has extensive experience in IT and systems engineering, currently serving as Demand and Delivery Manager at CSC since December 2013, with previous roles including IT Manager and Systems Engineering Team Lead. Prior to CSC, Jeff worked at SecurElement Infrastructure Solutions from October 2006 to November 2013 as an Infrastructure Engineer, providing systems administration and support to clients. Jeff began their career at MTM Technologies in July 2004 as a Help Desk Specialist and quickly advanced to Support Center Lead, overseeing a 24x7 network monitoring and help desk team. Jeff's foundational experience includes an internship at Info Systems, which transitioned into a full-time position. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Neumann University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
