John Higgins

Manager Technology Operations

John Higgins has extensive experience in technology operations and management, currently serving as Manager of Technology Operations at CSC since February 2013. Previously, John held the position of Director/Account Executive for Group & Suite Sales at the Dallas Stars from August 2005 to September 2012, where responsibilities included managing a staff of 10, overseeing 108 client projects, and achieving sales revenue targets with a leaner team. Prior roles include General Manager at Accent, where John managed over 450 employees and a substantial annual budget, as well as various managerial positions at Sprint, focusing on customer service and project management. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
