Laura G.

Laura G. is an accomplished senior HR executive with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of HR at CSC since April 2016, Laura leads teams across more than 40 countries, focusing on attracting and hiring talent while also overseeing various HR functions such as talent management strategy, career development, and onboarding. Prior to CSC, Laura was the Director of Recruitment and Retention at AAA Mid-Atlantic, where strategies were implemented to enhance recruitment and retention across five states and Washington, DC. Laura founded and led Recruitment Resource, providing recruitment services to major corporate clients, and held the role of VP HR at Bank of America from 1989 to 2000. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
