Sumithra Mathew

Sumithra Mathew serves as the Global Head of HR Operations at CSC since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across various organizations. Prior roles include Senior Director of HR India at Intertrust Group, Head HR for India at L&T Technology Services Limited, and Senior Vice President & Head HR at Indiaproperty.com. Sumithra's career began at Softlab Ltd and progressed through roles at Data Software Research Company Ltd and Mahindra Satyam, where responsibilities included managing HR operations, enhancing associate relations, and directing business units across multiple regions. Sumithra holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Madras and has completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
