Bert Rakdham

Bert Rakdham, PMP, is currently a Senior Analyst at CSCI and Waleska Melba LLC. With their extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Marine Corps, Bert has demonstrated expertise in communication systems, program management, and operational testing. Rakdham has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
