Mark Smith

Mark Smith has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer at Centralized Supply Chain Services since March 2009, which is a buying co-operative for Applebee's and IHOP operators across the United States. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President of Procurement/Distribution at Denny's Restaurants from December 1993 to June 2008 and served as Manager of Contract Purchasing at Carl's Jr. from April 1987 to June 1993. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Materials Logistics Management from Michigan State University between 1978 and 1982.
