As the Founder of Libby Simon Copywriting, Libby crafts compelling narratives that boost engagement for mission-driven businesses. Previously, Libby held various roles at Jackson, including Lean/Agile Enterprise Coach, focusing on continuous improvement and talent management, and at Sparrow Health System, where efforts centered on leadership development and employee engagement. Libby Simon earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University.
