Michael Catanzaro

Michael Catanzaro serves as the Chief People Officer at CSC ServiceWorks since July 2017, where responsibility includes leading the HR function to drive results through enhanced human systems. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management, overseeing employee relations, policy, talent acquisition, and DEI strategy, as well as Vice President positions at Celanese, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness from January 2014 to July 2017. Earlier experience encompasses leadership roles in talent development at Flowserve and Personnel Decisions International, along with foundational HR management at Homecare America and management training initiatives at Arrow Electronics. Michael Catanzaro holds an M.B.A. in General Management from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
