Tom Welch

Tom Welch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CSD Engineers since October 2021, Tom previously held multiple roles at Bidell Gas Compression, including Vice President of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Manager, from November 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, Tom was the Director of Project Services at CSD Engineers and held various senior roles at Union Electric Steel Corp, including Vice President of Manufacturing, from June 2007 to 2013. Tom's career began in engineering management at ArcelorMittal - Weirton from 1994 to 2007 and included service in the US Navy aboard the USS Conyngham DDG-17 from 1987 to 1990. Tom Welch earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.
