Walker & Associates in Chicago from September 1973 to December 1979, focusing on steel detailing for high-rise buildings, nuclear power plants, and large industrial structures. Robert Neumann attended the University of Wisconsin from 1968 to 1971, where studies focused on Electrical Engineering, though no degree was obtained.
