Evan Lockhart P.e.

Evan Lockhart, P.E. is a Project Engineer at CSDG since April 2020, previously serving as an Analyst at Kimley-Horn from June 2018 to April 2020. Prior to these roles, Evan worked as a Co-op at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, where responsibilities included project management, communication with subcontractors, obtaining permits, reviewing shop drawings, and performing quality assurance and quality control on project tasks. Early experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, an Intern at Rogers Group Inc., and a General Laborer on I-65, where Evan assisted with concrete forms and bridge deck repairs. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2018.
