Alexander Spence

Alexander Spence has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently holding the position of Engineering Manager at DISCO since July 2018, where previous roles included Development Team Lead, Senior Software Architect, and Software Architect. Prior experience includes roles as Architect and Lead Product Engineer at Sprinklr from August 2015 to July 2018, and as Staff Software Engineer at Epicor Software for a brief period in late 2014. Additionally, Alexander spent over five years at DemandMedia as a Senior Software Engineer and briefly worked as a Software Developer at Consultis. Before entering the tech industry, Alexander served in the US Army from September 2005 to October 2008 as a Health Care Specialist, notably deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, providing medical care for detainees under the supervision of a Medical Doctor.
