With extensive experience in customer success roles, including positions at DocuSign, LeaseAccelerator, and LeGuard, Brittany has consistently focused on enhancing client relationships and driving engagement. In addition to their role at DISCO, Brittany contributes as a founding mentor for Women in Customer Success and coaches aspiring Customer Success leaders through Catalyst Software.
