Clay Dawson, MBA, CEDS has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in the legal and technology industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of Specialty Sales at DISCO, where they are responsible for setting sales strategy, innovation, and growth for multiple product lines and teams. Before this role, Clay held the position of Director of Sales at DISCO, where they consulted with law firms, corporations, and government agencies to improve efficiency and profitability in litigations through eDiscovery processes and software applications.

Clay has also held various sales leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, where they played a key role in driving sales for eDiscovery and SaaS products. Before that, Clay worked at Pangea3 Legal Managed Services as the Director of Legal Consulting.

Clay'scareer started in 2002 when they served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class. Clay has also held sales roles at Summit Business Systems, LexisNexis, and Loislaw, where they gained valuable experience in sales and customer service.
