James T. has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as the VP, Global Head of Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer at DISCO since July 2019. In this role, James co-led a transformation of Central Operations and developed integration and automation solutions to enhance business systems. Prior to DISCO, James held positions at Proof Advertising and EnviroMedia, managing IT operations and reducing costs through strategic planning. Additionally, James is a freelance musician and educator who founded The Bass Camp in Austin, TX. James holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance from Berklee College of Music.
