Ryan Hess

Ryan Hess has worked as a Chief Lending Officer at CSE Federal Credit Union since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President - Commercial Relationship Manager at Hancock Whitney from November 2018 to August 2022. Ryan also worked as a VP Market Development Manager at Sabine State Bank and Trust Company from August 2017 to November 2018, as well as a VP Commercial Lending at Lakeside Bank from June 2014 to August 2017. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Lending Officer at First Federal Bank of LA from August 2008 to June 2014.

Ryan Hess obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Ryan attended this institution from 2004 to 2008. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued further education at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, where they completed the Graduate School of Banking of LSU program. Currently, Ryan is enrolled at Texas A&M University, where they are working towards an Executive MBA, with an expected completion date in 2024.
