Agata Lachowicz

Agata Lachowicz is an experienced expert in copper metallization for solar cells, actively involved in process development and project coordination. Currently a Senior R&D Engineer at CSEM, they lead activities focused on the copper metallization of heterojunction and TOPCon solar cells. Previously, Agata worked as a Research Engineer at Meyer Burger Germany, where they successfully optimized processes for PERC solar cells, and at Schott Solar, where they developed various wet chemical processes for crystalline solar cells. They also have a background in process development for printed circuit boards from their time at Enthone. Agata is pursuing a degree in Chemistry at the University of Düsseldorf.
