Davide Grassani is an accomplished researcher and project manager with a strong background in photonics and laser technology. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Research and Development Engineer at CSEM since January 2021, Davide previously held roles at Università di Pavia and CSEM, contributing significantly to advancements in quantum photonic systems and optical parametric amplification. Davide's academic journey includes a PhD in Physics from Università di Pavia, complemented by extensive internships focused on terahertz devices and quantum cascade lasers. Key achievements include the development of the first all-fiber continuous-wave optical parametric amplifier in the mid-infrared and innovative methods for characterizing quantum states in optical structures.
