Luka Ciric

Luka Ciric is a Senior R&D Engineer specializing in free form micro-optic process development and metasurfaces fabrication, utilizing techniques such as photo- and e-beam lithography, etching, and various microscopy methods. They earned a PhD in 2011 from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, where they focused on carbon-based nanostructures for spintronics applications. Luka has held positions including PhD Student, Researcher, and Postdoctoral Researcher at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne from 2007 to 2020, and recently joined CSEM as a Senior Research and Development Engineer in 2023. They also hold a BSc and MSc in Theoretical Physics from the University of Belgrade, completed in 2006, and an earlier BSc in Physics from the University of Nis, earned in 2001.
