Marion Borot is currently an R&D Engineer Intern at CSEM, specializing in materials for lithium-ion batteries. Marion has previously held multiple teaching assistant roles at EPFL, where they supported mechanical engineering and microengineering students in understanding materials' mechanical behavior and processing techniques. Marion's research experience includes developing Ag-coated electrodes for anode-free solid-state batteries during a master thesis project at Berkeley Lab. Additionally, they have interned at CompPair, optimizing composite materials for various industries, and served as an alpine ski instructor from 2016 to 2024. Marion holds a master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from EPFL.
