Simon Narduzzi is a Machine Learning Researcher and PhD Candidate at CSEM since September 2020, focusing on advanced machine learning techniques. Previously, Simon worked as a Research Intern at NECOTIS Lab, where research concentrated on recurrent and spiking neural networks for EEG classification tasks. As a Scrum Master at Snipfeed, Simon facilitated Agile methodologies across teams in San Francisco, Paris, and Morocco during the development of an API and mobile application. Additionally, Simon completed a Software Engineering Internship at Logitech, contributing to projects in Computer Vision, including the development of pipelines for deep learning models and creating a Python API. Simon holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from ETH Zürich, along with a Master’s Degree and a Minor in Computational Neurosciences from EPFL, where undergraduate studies in Computer Science were also completed.
