Matthew Shields

Matthew Shields is a mission-focused leader with over 25 years of program management experience in the Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD). They have managed high-performing teams across multiple contracts while cultivating relationships with senior executives and military officers. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Constellation Software Engineering, they employ their extensive background in IT project management to drive innovation and customer satisfaction. Previously, Matthew held senior roles at organizations including Evoke Research and Consulting, the Missile Defense Agency, and Halvik, where they contributed to significant contract and portfolio growth. Matthew earned a BA in Art and English from Washington College.
