Steven Sanders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of missile operations and engineering, currently serving as the ICBM System Engineering Lead at Constellation Software Engineering, LLC since September 2017. Prior roles include ICBM Maintenance Readiness Manager at KT Consulting, where responsibilities included overseeing Command Operational Readiness, and a distinguished 28-year career with the United States Air Force, where Steven held various leadership positions, such as Chief of Nuclear Operations Training and Director of Operations for the 45th Range Management Squadron.
