Dean Zagacki

Dean Zagacki currently serves as the Executive Director of Customer Experience (CX) Global at CSG, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dean was the Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Exacaster from November 2020 to March 2023, and also held the title of Vice President of Sales at Mobileum from September 2017 to November 2020. Earlier in Dean's career, Dean worked at Ericsson, serving as both the Head of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Sales and OSS/BSS Sales Director from February 2014 to September 2017. Dean's experience includes a significant tenure at Mycom as Business Development Director and at Telular Corporation as Sales Director. Dean began a sales career at Cisco Systems as a Global Account Manager from April 1998 to November 2002.
