Devra Schachter

Devra Schachter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and career advancement, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Enablement & Career Development at CSG since February 2025. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Grubhub spanned nearly nine years, during which roles included Manager of Talent Development and various positions within Learning & Growth. Devra's career foundation includes experience at Ralph Lauren as an Assistant Department Manager, and at Brown Shoe Company as a Demand Planner. Additional roles at Elie Tahari involved management and sales oversight, while the initial career phase included a position as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie.
