Diptendu Roy is a seasoned Engagement and Delivery Management professional in the IT and Telecommunication domain, specializing in digital transformation. With a keen interest in AI-driven automation, Diptendu has held significant roles at various companies including Ericsson, where contributions spanned from leading BSS and OSS transitions to managing solution sales for major telecommunications clients globally. Currently, Diptendu serves as the Sr. Director of Delivery for the EMEA region at CSG. They hold a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Strathclyde, as well as an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
