Gary Novak

Gary Novak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and project management. Since 1998, Gary has held the position of Senior Manager Customer Operations at CSG Systems, where responsibilities include reviewing customer needs, addressing complex technical issues, managing project solutions, optimizing client usage of products, and serving as a resource for internal teams. Prior to this role, Gary worked at Zalkin, Inc. from 1995 to 1998, developing a $1.7 million sales division in Eastern Europe and leading a team of eight, earning the Employee of the Year award in 1997. Earlier in Gary's career, experience as a Personal Banker at First National Bank of Omaha from 1991 to 1995 involved analyzing clients' financial needs and advising on long-term strategies. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
