Irlene Naidoo

Irlene Naidoo is a skilled professional with extensive experience in service management and training. Currently serving as Manager of Service Management at CSG since October 2022, Irlene previously worked at Numerator Technologies from July 2007 to September 2022, where roles included Facilitator, Business Developer and Training Executive, and Senior Consultant. Responsibilities involved assessing, re-engineering, and implementing processes for both Numerator Technologies and client organizations, as well as training customers in related technical areas.
