Jack Towers

Jack Towers is a seasoned professional in People Operations and HR Excellence with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at CSG since April 2024, Jack leads the establishment of a new People Services function, focusing on operational efficiencies and strategic alignment. Prior to CSG, Jack held roles at RELX from September 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing significant change programs for a global workforce and overseeing the implementation of key HR initiatives. Jack's earlier experience at PwC UK involved organizational design and consulting, including work on HR transformation projects for major clients. Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Newcastle University and has built a strong foundation in law and business operations.
