James Thompson

James Thompson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Services Executive Director at CSG, focusing on transforming the HR Operating Model. Previously, James held the position of People Operations Director at Lloyd's Register, where responsibilities included managing various HR functions and designing a new global operating model. Prior experience includes roles at easyJet as Head of HR Service Management, RELX as HR Change & Transformation Director, and The De Beers Group as Group HR Portfolio Manager. James has also contributed to local governance as a Councillor for Croydon Council and has a strong background in HR project management at several organizations, including HSBC and L'Oréal.
