Lisa Lucoff is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of People Experience at CSG since April 2022, Lisa provides consultation across various HR aspects and leads initiatives to support business objectives. In addition, Lisa has been an Associate Professor at Creighton University for the Masters in EMS Leadership program since October 2021. Previous roles include Human Resources Operations Manager and Business Partner at Air Methods, as well as HR positions at CSG International, Horizon Dental Center, OPENLANE, DriveTime, and McKesson Corporation, where Lisa managed employee relations, developed HR strategies, and facilitated change initiatives. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
