Mandi Hoffman

Mandi Hoffman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CSG since May 2013, Mandi functions as a key consultant to the organization, overseeing recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and training. Prior to this role, Mandi held the position of HR Director at Image API from April 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included managing the entire HR function and ensuring compliance with various HR principles. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Mainline Information Systems from 2002 to 2010, beginning as an HR Specialist and advancing to HR Specialist III, with responsibilities in employee onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance reporting. Mandi's education was completed at Tallahassee State College.
