Marcie Pan

Marcie Pan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database administration, technical leadership, and information technology management. Currently, as a Corporate Information Technology Manager at CSG since April 2013, Marcie has been instrumental in strategic planning, automation implementation, SQL training, technology adoption, and mentoring junior team members. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Production Database Administrator, where Marcie focused on security configurations and high availability solutions, and as a Production Database Administrator at Coventry Health Care, responsible for server maintenance and implementation. Marcie's career began at McKesson Provider Technologies, where significant contributions were made in SQL database development and data security. Marcie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science/Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
