Matt Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Partner Enablement & Training Manager at CSG since December 2021, Matt focuses on developing and delivering training and certification programs for CSG's Quote and Order product. Prior to this, Matt held various roles including Senior Customer Solution Consultant and Senior Consultant at DGIT Consultants P/L, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and project governance. Additional experience encompasses consultancy roles at Commando Ltd, Ultrafast Fibre, and Dimension Data New Zealand, among others, specializing in solutions architecture, project management, and IT consultancy. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
