Matt Thompson

Matt Thompson has extensive experience in systems architecture and operations management, currently serving at CSG since January 1998. In the role of Systems Architect and Sr. Manager, Thompson oversees Middleware Operations and ISS, managing three teams that support TCP/IP-based application interfaces and facilitate connections between CSG and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include project management, personnel management, and resource support for high-profile projects, as well as second-level technical support. Prior to CSG, Thompson worked at TCI from January 1993 to January 1998 as a CSSR, specializing in interfaces, inventory, and management information systems, while also serving as a night shift supervisor.
